Become reacquainted with yourself. Learn how to harmonize your mind, body and spirit as we flow through a practice of movement and breath that will lead you to a sense of inner peace and well being. Beginners yogis are most welcome! Please join me! Monday nights at 6-7 pm and 7:15-8:15 pm.
The Portage Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) is a 501(c)4 non-profit community organization comprised of local residents and business owners. Every is invited to attend the monthly public meetings.

Their mission is to promote the welfare and spirit of the Portage Park community by :: ensuring the quality of services, maintaining neighborhood safety, promoting Portage Park as prosperous business community, collecting and distributing community information, speaking as a uniform voice for the community, promoting community improvement and preservation.
The PPNA was founded in 2000 by a group of concerned residents. Membership is open to all residents, businesses and other institutions located within the PPNA boundaries (as designated by the US Census Tract and Chicago’s Department of Planning). Honorary membership is open to all.
